This work is  being attributed to Stella Roman, born in 1904 in Middle Europe.

Stella Roman is primarily known as a soprano who sang at the Metropolitan Opera Company in New York City, New York where she interpreted the great Italian works such as Aida, La Boheme, Un Balla in Maschera, and Otello. Examples of her works are very rare. She died in 1992.
