Born in 1900, Regina Liss was a Twentieth Century abstract painter whose entire career was based in New York City, New York.

This work uses found objects and thickly applied oil paint to depict an abstracted image. A gallery booklet is attached to the artwork from Gallery 84 in New York City that is dated 1966. New York Magazine posted gallery listings for this artist in various galleries in New York from the 1960's to 1981. She died in 1981.
