Pasquale Giovanni Napolitano is a listed California sculptor, painter, muralist, and set designer born near Naples, Italy in 1901 before moving to Los Angeles, California with his family in 1912.

He studied at the Otis Art Institute under Julia Wendt and F. Tolles Chamberlain, and did advanced studies in Germany in Berlin and Munich. He was apprenticed to muralist Herman Sachs while working on the WPA art project. His works have been exhibited widely. He died in 2001.
