Mildred Kizzie Walker is a listed painter and educator who was born in 1915 in Ohio, and studied art at Columbia University. She earned her MA Degree at University of Southern California (USC).

Remaining in Southern California, she founded the art department at the El Camino College in 1947, and remained there for 30 years. After retiring, she taught life drawing and art history at the Art Center in Palos Verdes, California.

She died in 1995, and a memorial exhibition was held in the Art Center in Palos Verdes the same year.
