Margaret Eugenia Moore is a listed American painter, known for her still life, portrait, and landscape paintings

Born in Missouri in 1842, she moved with her parents to the rough-and-tumble city of San Francisco, California in 1852. In the early 1860's she studied with Albert Bierstadt and Samuel Brookes. Her studio in San Francisco was destroyed in the 1906 earthquake and fire but she remained active on the local art scene up until her demise in 1923.
