Inna Cherneykina is a contemporary painter born in Sergiev Posad near Moscow, Russia.

Showing an early interest in drawing and painting, she was accepted at the Sergiev Posad Art School at the age of 10. Later she studies at the Moscow Art University, graduating with a Master's Degree in art and graphics.

After a detour into computer art, she took an Ala Prima class at the College of San Mateo, California, in the late 1900's and later studied with the famed American-Armenian artist and teacher Ovanes Berbarian.
