Grace Libby Vollmer is a well-listed California painter and graphic artist.

Born in 1884 in Massachusetts, her family was of old New England stock. In the 1920's her family moved to California where Grace studied at the Otis Art Institute and later became a pupil of Hans Hoffman.

In 1929, after the stock market crash, she lived in Taos, New Mexico. After a move to Laguna Beach, she exhibited at the Orange County Fair in 1927, the California Art Club  in 1928, and the Laguna Beach Arts Association in 1935 - 1936 and had a solo show at the Santa Barbara Museum in 1952, She died in 1977.
