Elise Rosen, who almost always signed her work "Elize", is a listed New York City, New York, graphic artist known for her whimsical subject matters.

Born in Vienna, Austria in 1895, she attended the School for the Graphic Arts in Vienna, and the City College in New York City, New York. She exhibited at the Serigraphic Society and the Roerich Gallery in New York, as well as in Paris, France, and Vienna.

Elise Rosen won the Diplome de Medaille d'Argent award in Paris. She died in 1995.
