Born in 1963, Dan Robinson is a listed contemporary Arizona & California painter, known for his Impressionistic landscapes and scenes of the California coastline.

He attended the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California and was awarded a scholarship and the Grumbacher Gold Medallion. His work is strongly influenced by the work of artists Dan McCaw, Mark Daily, Clyde Aspevig and John Asaro.

A special exhibition of his works was shown at the Overland Gallery in Scottsdale, Arizona, and he teaches regularly at the Scottsdale Artists School.
