Constance Peters is a listed San Francisco area painter, born in South Africa in 1878 of English - French parentage.

She trained in Paris, France under Gustave Courtois and opened a studio in San Francisco. In 1909 she became the second wife of well-known painter Charles Rollo Peters. She was known for her landscapes and seascapes of the Bay area and the Monterey Peninsula.

Her works have been exhibited at the Golden Gate Park Museum, the Berkeley League of Fine Art, and the Colton Hall Museum. Her works have sold at auction for as much as $6,000.00. She died in 1939.
