Carl Blos is a well-listed German Impressionist, known for his portraits and interiors.

Born in Mannheim, Germany in 1860, he studied at the Academie de Carlsruh with W. von Lindenschmidt. He exhibited his work with much success in Paris, France, Berlin, Germany, and Saint-Louis. His paintings rarely become available in the United States but sell in the European market for as much as 10,000 Euros.

He died in Munich in 1941.
