Aldo Luongo is a listed Romantic Impressionist painter, born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1941, of Italian heritage.

He attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Buenos Aires, after which he played professional soccer for a few years for the New York Cosmos. His work has received numerous awards over the years including his being named three times as the official artist of the Olympics and the World Cup games.

His work has been exhibited internationally at many fine art galleries. Paintings by this artist have sold at auction for as much as $4,850.00.
